An established UK real estate team is seeking a 0-3 PQE Solicitor to join its Manchester office, primarily focused on commercial landlord and tenant disputes. The role sits within a full-service property department that handles contentious and transactional matters across telecoms, development, investment, asset management, construction and landlord/tenant work.

The team works on a mix of litigation and advisory instructions for corporate and public-sector clients and provides cross‑office support across England. The post offers client-facing casework, opportunities to develop supervisory responsibilities as experience grows, and involvement in wider firm projects and business‑development activity.

Qualified solicitor with 0–3 years' PQE in the UK.
Experience or strong interest in commercial landlord & tenant disputes; candidates with commercial/civil litigation experience who wish to move into property litigation will be considered.
Strong drafting and advisory skills with the ability to give concise, commercially focused advice.
Experience managing casework and key dates, and familiarity with client portals or case management systems.
Willingness to support business development and marketing initiatives (articles, events, training).
