Public Finance Associate — Atlanta

Join a national law firm s public finance group in Atlanta as a partnership-track associate. The role is transactional and client-facing, supporting matters in municipal finance, special districts, affordable housing and economic development.

The team seeks candidates with strong academic credentials, excellent analytical and writing skills, and 2 to 4 years of relevant transactional experience (public finance, real estate, securities or similar). Admission to the Georgia bar is preferred and must be obtained within one year of start.

• 2 to 4 years of transactional legal experience (public finance, real estate, securities or comparable).
• Demonstrated interest or experience in municipal finance, special district representation, affordable housing or economic development.
• Strong academic record with excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Georgia bar admission preferred; required within one year of joining.
