Real Estate Associate — Boston

Growth opportunity in a large international real estate practice seeking 3–5 year associates to join the Boston office. The role focuses on general real estate transactional work, including purchase and sale, joint venture and financing matters.

Associates will support and manage transactions from drafting and negotiation through closing, perform legal research and drafting, and interact with internal and external clients. The position involves collaborative work across teams and participation in firm training and pro bono initiatives.

Hybrid working arrangement with regular in-office presence in Boston; admitted-to-practice requirement noted below.

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• 3–5 years post-qualification experience in real estate transactions (purchase & sale, joint ventures, financings)
• Admission to practice in Massachusetts
• Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation and interpersonal skills; comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
