Real Estate Associate – Cheltenham

Senior associate-level role within a full-service real estate team based in Cheltenham, offering city-standard transactional work in a regional setting. You will join a collegial office of around 100 fee-earners and work closely with UK and international colleagues.

The role covers a broad commercial real estate practice including landlord & tenant matters, commercial leasing, investment and disposal transactions and portfolio work, with a particular focus on regeneration, residential development and strategic land matters. The team prides itself on practical, client-focused advice and a supportive working culture.

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ years’ PQE
• Proven experience in regeneration and residential development acquisitions and disposals
• Strong drafting skills, title due diligence capability and commercial judgement
• Ability to manage a significant caseload, prioritise work and liaise effectively with stakeholders
