The role involves transactional work including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and other commercial real estate matters. Candidates will join a collaborative, geographically connected team that handles portfolio, development and capital markets matters for institutional and private clients.

The hiring organization has provided an anticipated salary range for this role for Chicago of $250,000 to $350,000 and offers a standard benefits package; additional contingent compensation may be available based on performance and other factors.

Juris Doctor and active Illinois bar membership (or ability to obtain admission)
Several years of transactional real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leases)
Strong drafting, negotiation and due-diligence skills
Ability to manage client relationships, work collaboratively on deal teams, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
