Typical work will include joint ventures, infrastructure/privatization projects, fund formation matters, secured financings and acquisitions/dispositions. The team is active on sophisticated transactions and seeks candidates comfortable drafting, negotiating and managing deal workflow.
- 3-5 years' real estate transactional experience (PQE)
- Experience with joint ventures, infrastructure or fund-related real estate matters and/or secured financings and acquisitions/dispositions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Solid academic background and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
