A busy, expanding Real Estate group is seeking a mid-level associate to take on a key, high-responsibility role focused on commercial real estate transactions. The position is available across several major U.S. markets and offers significant client contact and career development within a supportive, growth-oriented team.

The day-to-day work spans acquisitions, dispositions, development and leasing for a diverse client base that includes domestic and international investors, developers, owners, operators, lenders and institutional clients. The group has a particular focus on data center and digital infrastructure transactions alongside broader commercial real estate matters.

You will draft, review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, development agreements, easements, infrastructure agreements and closing documents. You will handle all phases of commercial leasing, coordinate due diligence (lease, title and survey review) and assist on multi-jurisdictional and cross-border transactions by managing local counsel.

3–6 years of extensive real estate transactions experience, including acquisitions, development and leasing
Strong commercial and build-to-suit leasing experience, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating lease documentation
Experience advising developers and project sponsors on ground-up development projects
Industrial and/or data center leasing experience is a plus but not required
Excellent academic credentials and strong analytic, verbal and written communication skills
Admission to the relevant state bar (Georgia, Texas or Washington) or ability to waive in
