Real Estate Associate (Lender Finance) — New York

Seeking a 4–7 PQE associate to join a lender-side real estate finance team in the New York office. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating loan documents and related agreements for commercial real estate financings, working on complex transactions alongside senior lawyers.

• 4–7 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in a major law firm.
