Mid-Level Real Estate Associate - Florham Park

A growing, collaborative law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its transactional Real Estate practice group in its Florham Park, New Jersey office. This attorney will work on real estate matters throughout the country.

The role involves drafting and negotiating contracts of sale, lease agreements, and financing documents, with opportunities to handle transactions involving land use approvals and contingencies.

The firm supports professional growth within a client-focused environment and maintains a flexible in-office policy, with attorneys typically working from the office three days per week.

• Three to six years of experience in commercial real estate law
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts of sale, lease agreements, and financing documents
• Experience with land use approvals and contingencies is a plus
• Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail
• Very strong academic credentials
