A growing, collaborative law firm is actively recruiting a mid-level, partner-track associate to join its Labor & Employment practice group in its Florham Park, New Jersey office.

The role centers on defense-oriented employment litigation and counseling matters. The successful candidate will work with a team dedicated to exceptional client service and a philosophy of collaborative teamwork, and must be able to work effectively across offices.

The firm fosters flexibility while maintaining a collaborative, client-focused environment. Attorneys, consulting professionals and paraprofessionals are asked to work from a firm office three days per week, striking a balance between in-person collaboration, relationship-building and individual flexibility.

Admission to practice in New Jersey and New York
4–5 years of substantive experience in defense-oriented employment litigation and counseling matters
Strong academic credentials
Excellent writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively across offices
