An established national law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Group in Orange County. The role focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, and joint venture and private equity work.

The position offers a challenging, collaborative environment with the opportunity to manage small-to-mid-sized matters, or significant portions of larger matters, while working directly with clients. Familiarity with real estate financing and hospitality is a plus.

3–4 years of real estate experience
Focus on acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, and joint venture and private equity transactions
Familiarity with real estate financing and hospitality preferred
Excellent oral and research skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Ability to manage small-to-mid-sized matters, or portions of large matters, effectively and efficiently
