Growing real estate team in New York seeks an associate with 2–5 years' law-firm experience on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions for sophisticated clients. The role focuses on leasing and real-estate finance matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, diligence and related documentation.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with data center transactions (leasing, colocation agreements, acquisitions/dispositions), reviewing title, and documenting/negotiating/closing real-estate secured loans and leases. The team offers exposure to complex, cross-disciplinary matters and a collaborative environment.

J.D. (or equivalent) and admission to practice as required
2–5 years' post-qualification transactional real estate experience at a comparable law firm
Experience with leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, title review, and real-estate secured loan documentation
Practical experience on data center or colocation deals strongly preferred
Superior writing, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
