A leading law firm's Real Estate practice group is seeking associates to join its New York office. The team advises sophisticated clients on a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and secured lending.

Ideal candidates will have experience with data center deals, including leasing, colocation agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, and diligence. Associates will also review title, document, negotiate, and close real estate secured loans, leases, acquisitions, and dispositions.

The firm offers a collaborative environment and a full range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and parental support. The expected annual pay range for this position is $235,000–$365,000, with final offer dependent on geographic location, experience, and skillset.

2–5 years of real estate experience at a comparable law firm
Experience with data center deals (leasing, colocation agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, diligence, etc.)
Experience reviewing title, documenting, negotiating, and closing real estate secured loans, leases, acquisitions, and dispositions
JD or equivalent and demonstrated high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Superior writing skills and high level of attention to detail
