Leading New York law office seeks a transactional real estate associate to join a busy Real Estate group. The role involves work across acquisitions, dispositions, lending, joint ventures, leasing, construction, development, land use, entitlements and affordable housing matters.

Successful candidates will work on high‑value, complex commercial real estate transactions for a range of institutional and corporate clients. The team offers client‑facing experience, collaboration with senior lawyers, and exposure to cross‑border and multidisciplinary matters.

Minimum 3 years of post‑qualification experience in real estate transactions
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, lending, joint ventures, leasing, construction, development, land use/entitlements and/or LIHTC (low‑income housing tax credit) transactions
Admission to practice in New York, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills; ability to work directly with clients and senior team members
