Top-tier law firm seeks an associate for its New York real estate practice. The role focuses on transactional work across acquisitions, dispositions, lending, joint ventures, leasing, construction, development, land use and tax-credit matters.

The successful candidate will work on complex real estate transactions alongside senior lawyers, managing document drafting, deal execution and client communication. Strong commercial judgment and experience with multi-party commercial real estate matters are important.

Competitive compensation with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. Target salary range for this role is $260,000 - $390,000.

Minimum 3 years of real estate transactional experience (acquisitions, dispositions, lending, joint ventures, leasing, construction, development, land use and/or LIHTC)
Admitted to practice in New York, or eligible to obtain admission promptly
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills on complex real estate matters
Ability to work collaboratively on a fast-paced, high‑volume transactional desk
