Established national law firm is seeking a real estate associate for its Portland office to handle transactional matters. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions with primary responsibility for real estate finance and acquisitions and dispositions.

Ideal candidates will have strong title and survey review skills, solid transactional judgment, and excellent written advocacy. Experience with leasing and joint ventures is a plus but not required. Admission to the Oregon bar is required; transferable skills from other jurisdictions will be considered.

Salary range for this Portland role is listed at $250,000–$340,000 per year (subject to candidate experience and applicable laws).

3–6 years of transactional real estate experience
Substantive experience in real estate finance and commercial acquisitions/dispositions
Strong title and survey review skills and general deal knowledge
Oregon Bar admission required; California or Washington Bar a plus
Excellent writing and communication skills; strong academic record
