Experienced mid-level real estate associate sought for a busy San Diego transactional practice within a large national firm. The role sits in a multidisciplinary Real Estate, Energy, Land Use & Environmental group and offers partner-track advancement with structured mentorship and exposure to complex, high-value transactions.

Day-to-day work will include drafting and negotiating acquisition and lease documents, conducting title diligence, managing transaction closings, and collaborating with partners and senior associates on structured acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
3-4 years of transactional real estate experience (drafting/negotiation of purchase agreements, commercial leases, and related documents)
Admission to and good standing with the California bar
Experience with title due diligence and clearing title issues; transaction-closing experience
Strong drafting, negotiation, organization, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple matters
Team-oriented, eager to learn from senior practitioners; resume, cover letter, and law school transcript required
