A nationally recognized Construction practice is seeking a junior to midlevel associate to join its California team. The group's core areas include counseling, dispute resolution, and contract drafting and negotiation, with a focus on project developers across California and the Western United States.

This is an opportunity to take on real responsibility on headline projects, working within a global Projects, Energy, Environment and Resources division. The role offers hands-on mentorship from industry leaders in a collegial, innovative atmosphere.

Candidates will be involved in construction disputes, contract drafting and negotiation, and client counseling. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, parental leave, and family care benefits.

At least 2 years of litigation experience (construction disputes experience a plus, but not required)
Active California bar license required
Excellent academic credentials and strong written and communication skills
AmLaw 100 and judicial clerkship experience highly preferred
