Real Estate Associate — South Florida

Established, multi-practice law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its South Florida office. The role focuses on commercial real estate matters across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing transactions, supporting a broad client base.

The successful candidate will work on both transactional documentation and deal execution, collaborate with partners and other practice groups, and take on increasing responsibility for client communication and project management.

• Juris Doctor and active Florida bar admission or eligibility to be admitted promptly
• Experience on commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing)
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; attention to detail on transactional documents
• Ability to manage multiple matters and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
