An established Real Estate practice is seeking a highly qualified associate with three to five years of experience to join its team. The role involves sophisticated real estate work across acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and general contracting matters.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate material definitive documents and will interface directly with clients, taking a hands-on role in transactions from start to finish. Experience with hyperscaler data center leasing, construction, and development is a plus.

Candidates may be based in any of the firm's U.S. offices, offering flexibility across multiple locations.

Three to five years of real estate experience
Experience with acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and general contracting matters
Proven ability to draft and negotiate material definitive documents
Comfort interfacing directly with clients
Hyperscaler data center leasing, construction, and development experience is a plus
Strong academic credentials
Prior experience at a comparable law firm
