Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to the D.C. bar or ability to become admitted promptly
Experience in commercial real estate transactions (leases, acquisitions/dispositions, financings, or comparable matters)
Strong drafting, negotiation, and due-diligence skills; comfort managing transaction workflows
