A highly regarded national law firm seeks an experienced real estate attorney to join its award-winning real estate investment and development practice. The role is open across several of the firm's offices and offers the opportunity to contribute to a sophisticated, collegial national practice.

The position involves work spanning the full spectrum of commercial real estate — including corporate leasing, portfolio management and construction, property acquisition and disposition, real estate financing and investment, joint ventures, and development and redevelopment.

This is a Team Attorney role, structured as an alternative to the traditional partnership track, with a lower billable-hour requirement and minimal non-billable obligations. Candidates must be licensed to practice, with a preference for a license in the state of their base office.

At least 5 years of experience in sophisticated real estate law
Experience in one or more of: corporate leasing, portfolio management and construction, property acquisition and disposition, real estate financing and investment, joint ventures, and development/redevelopment
Strong academic credentials
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong work ethic and a collegial, collaborative approach
Licensed to practice, with preference for licensure in the state of the base office
