Real Estate (Equity) Associate — Dallas

An established national law firm is seeking a Real Estate (Equity) Associate to join its Dallas real estate equity team. The group handles high-value commercial real estate equity matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and equity financings.

The role offers significant exposure to complex transactional work and collaboration across national offices. The team seeks a lawyer who can contribute to deal execution, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and manage client relationships under partner supervision.

• 4-6 years of post-qualification transactional experience, preferably at a top-tier law firm
• Substantive experience with commercial real estate equity transactions (joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, equity financings)
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills and ability to manage deal workflow
• Excellent academic credentials and strong references
• Admission to the relevant state bar or eligibility to be admitted
