Top-tier international law firm seeks a Real Estate Finance Associate for its Chicago office to work on lending transactions and loan origination matters. The role involves representing financial institutions on real estate- and asset-based financings and may include work for developers on purchase, sale and financing matters.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong drafting, transaction-management and communication skills. The team handles matters for a mix of national and regional clients across industries.

4-6 years' experience in real estate or asset-based lending, with emphasis on loan origination
Experience representing financial institutions; developer-side real estate financing experience a plus
Admission to the Illinois bar or ability to waive in
