Real Estate Finance Associate — Princeton

Mid-level role on a real estate finance team in the Princeton office. The hiring team is seeking two associates to work on sophisticated transactional finance matters for lender clients, with focused responsibility for drafting and negotiating loan documentation and supporting closing processes.

Day-to-day work includes preparation and review of customary due diligence (title insurance, surveys, corporate formation documents), SNDA and construction documentation, and coordination with lenders and other deal parties. Candidates must be admitted to the New Jersey bar.

• 3–5 years of transactional finance experience (real estate finance or corporate finance), representing lenders
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating loan documentation
• Familiarity with title insurance, surveys, corporate formation documents, SNDAs, and construction documents
• Active membership in the New Jersey bar
• Strong drafting, transaction-management, and client-communication skills
