Real Estate Finance Associate

Mid-level associate opportunity on a national real estate finance team. The role involves working on sophisticated real estate lending matters across a closely integrated U.S. practice and provides significant client exposure, responsibility and collaborative teamwork.

Appointments are open across multiple U.S. offices. Candidates should be prepared for transactional work focused on real estate lending, including loan documentation, due diligence and negotiated commercial financings.

• 3–8 years of law firm experience with a focus on real estate lending or real estate finance transactions
• Experience on sophisticated lending matters; exposure to balance-sheet bank lending preferred but not required
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills and proven transactional experience
• Superior academic credentials, teamwork orientation, and comfort with client interaction
