Top-tier national real estate finance team is seeking a mid-level associate to join a cross‑U.S. practice handling sophisticated real estate lending matters. The role involves substantial drafting, negotiation and client interaction on complex financing transactions.

Team members collaborate across multiple offices; candidates able to work from one of several U.S. locations will be considered. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills and a desire for significant responsibility and teamwork are important.

3–8 years of law firm experience in real estate finance or related lending transactions
Proven drafting and negotiation abilities on loan documents and related agreements
Exposure to balance-sheet bank lending preferred but not required
Superior academic background and strong teamwork/client-service orientation
Willingness to be based in one of multiple U.S. offices and work collaboratively across offices
