Real Estate Finance Associate

Mid-level associate opportunity on a national real estate finance team. The role involves advising on sophisticated real estate lending matters and working collaboratively across a nationally integrated practice.

Candidates will handle drafting and negotiation of loan documentation, participate directly with clients, and take on significant responsibility within transactions. The team operates across multiple U.S. offices; candidates who can work from one of the listed U.S. locations will be considered.

• 3-8 years of law firm experience in real estate finance or real estate lending
• Experience with complex lending transactions; balance-sheet bank lending experience preferred
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent academic record and demonstrated teamwork
• Comfort with client interaction and taking significant responsibility on transactions
