The role focuses on real estate finance transactions, including lender-side and borrower-side representation in secured lending, mortgage finance, and related real estate capital markets matters. Associates work closely with partners and clients on complex financing structures, due diligence, and documentation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated associate to develop a sophisticated real estate finance practice within a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Experience in real estate finance, lending, or commercial real estate transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively
- Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
