A growing national Real Estate practice is seeking a junior Real Estate Associate with 2–3 years of substantive transactional experience to join its Denver team. The role offers top-tier work, direct client exposure, and meaningful responsibility within a highly collaborative practice.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in real estate finance (representing lenders and/or borrowers), real estate joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and general commercial real estate transactions. Experience with or understanding of land use and development is a plus. Associates work directly with partners and senior attorneys on high-impact transactions across a robust national platform, with cross-office collaboration and a supportive culture that values mentorship and long-term career growth.

The firm is also interested in associates currently practicing at top national firms in major financial markets who are interested in relocating to Denver while continuing to work on sophisticated, high-value matters.

J.D. from an accredited law school
2–3 years of relevant real estate transactional experience
Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage transactions with appropriate supervision
Excellent communication and client-service skills
Excellent academic credentials
Admission to the Colorado Bar (or ability to waive in)
