We are seeking a finance associate to join a market-leading Business Restructuring & Reorganization team in Denver. The role is focused on restructuring and special situations finance, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile, top-of-the-capital-structure representations.

The practice represents creditors and borrowers in connection with liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and special situations financings. Associates also work on significant chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

Clients include hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions. This is a strong platform for an associate looking to build a sophisticated restructuring and distressed finance practice.

Law school class years 2019 through 2023.
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings.
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Transactional and/or restructuring finance background with an interest in chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings.
