Real Estate Lawyer — Public Law & Projects

A solicitor-level real estate role focused on public law, land use and project work. This opening is available across multiple UK offices and will suit candidates with experience advising on statutory planning, compulsory purchase, and public-sector property projects.

The team acts for public sector clients, developers and commercial landlords on complex planning, infrastructure and regeneration matters. The role offers hands-on transactional and advisory work across a mix of contested and non-contentious matters.

• Qualified solicitor, chartered legal executive or equivalent UK legal qualification
• Practical experience advising on public law, planning/land use and project delivery
• Strong drafting and stakeholder-management skills; able to handle mixed transactional and advisory work
• Comfortable working across regional offices and managing client relationships
