Join a leading German commercial law firm as a Corporate/M&A lawyer in Leipzig. You will advise corporations, mid-sized companies, and investors on national and cross-border M&A transactions, complex corporate law issues, and strategic projects.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to companies, shareholders, and management on all aspects of business activity and in disputes. You will bring your experience to a specialized team, take responsibility at eye level, and actively shape demanding mandates.

Above-average law degrees and high motivation to apply and develop legal expertise in practice
3–5 years of professional experience in corporate law, ideally with a focus on M&A
