Associate – Corporate / M&A, Leipzig

Join a highly regarded German law firm’s corporate team in Leipzig advising domestic and international clients on M&A and complex corporate matters. You will work on cross-border transactions, shareholder and management advice, and other strategic corporate projects.

The role offers hands-on responsibility within a specialist team, direct client contact and opportunities to coordinate parts of transactions. The team emphasises collaborative, commercially minded advice and professional development.

• German legal qualification with above-average exam results
• 3–5 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably with M&A/transactional focus
• Fluent English for advising international mandates
• Strong team skills, commercial judgement, client orientation and initiative
