Join a well-regarded national law firm’s Regulatory Healthcare Advisory team as a solicitor managing inquest and health-regulatory work. The role focuses on running inquest caseloads for NHS clients, care homes and other healthcare providers, with the option to support broader regulatory and advisory matters across the team.

The role is primarily based in Birmingham city centre with some national travel for hearings and client meetings. Day-to-day responsibilities include case management, attending and advocating at pre-inquest reviews and inquests, and preparing witnesses and clients for hearings.

Qualified solicitor with 2–10 years' PQE in regulatory/healthcare or related practice
Practical inquest experience and demonstrable advocacy skills (pre-inquest reviews/inquests)
Strong case management, organisation and time-management skills
Excellent communication and team-working skills; ability to work on own initiative
Desirable: wider healthcare regulatory experience and specific inquest advocacy experience
