Restructuring & Insolvency Associate (Bankruptcy)

Mid-level associate role in a global restructuring & insolvency group. This position is open in the firm's Miami or New York offices and sits on matters involving in-court Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

The team collaborates across multiple offices and cultures; candidates should be comfortable working in a global, team-oriented environment. The role is bonus eligible and includes standard employee benefits.

• 3-5 years of bankruptcy / restructuring experience (mid-level associate)
• Experience on in-court Chapter 11 matters and out-of-court restructurings
• Bankruptcy clerkship experience preferred but not required
• Admission and good standing with the New York or Florida bar
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global team
