Senior-level associates (junior to mid-level) are sought for a Salt Lake City office Restructuring & Special Situations team at a leading international law firm. The role focuses on chapter 11 cases, out-of-court workouts, distressed M&A and cross-border insolvency matters across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will work on both litigation and transactional aspects of distressed matters, including drafting pleadings and transactional documents, appearing in court, and participating in restructurings, debt exchanges and distressed acquisitions or sales.

2–4 years post-qualification experience in restructuring or bankruptcy practice
Experience with creditor’s rights, chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, distressed M&A and/or cross-border insolvency

Strong academic record and writing sample required; must be admitted and in good standing with the Utah bar
