Restructuring & Special Situations Finance Associate — Orange County

We are seeking a finance associate (law school class years 2019–2023) to join a market-leading Business Restructuring & Reorganization team in Orange County. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile, top-of-capital-structure representations in both chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

The role focuses on representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and special situations financings. Associates work with hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions.

Candidates should have significant experience in one or more of these areas and a strong interest in restructuring and special situations finance.

• Law school class years 2019 through 2023
• Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special situations financings
• Finance & banking background with restructuring exposure
