Senior-capacity role for an experienced capital markets lawyer to join a major German office. You will advise listed companies and international issuers on securities and corporate governance matters, support capital-market transactions and public M&A, and help shape and grow the practice’s market presence.

Typical work includes advising on IPOs, SPOs, private placements, bonds and convertibles, takeover offers, and compliance with disclosure, insider trading and directors’ dealing rules. The role also involves organising and advising on shareholder meetings and capital measures, and working with inbound international clients (including a China desk).

The position is client-facing and includes business development and team leadership responsibilities within a dynamic, cross-border practice.

Admission to practise in Germany (qualified lawyer).
Proven experience in capital markets, securities law and public M&A (advising issuers and underwriters).
Track record on IPOs, debt and equity offerings, and regulatory disclosure/compliance matters.
Strong client-management and business-development skills; comfortable representing international clients.
Fluent German and English; ability to lead and mentor junior lawyers.
