Securities Associate / Of Counsel — Indianapolis

Experienced securities attorney opportunity in a busy corporate securities practice in Indianapolis. The role focuses on SEC reporting and capital markets work, including periodic reporting under the Exchange Act, Section 16 matters, proxy statements and public offering documents.

The team advises public company clients on disclosures, corporate governance, listing requirements and both initial and secondary offerings. The group emphasizes collaborative work, strong technical drafting, and client-facing responsibility.

• At least 4 years of securities experience with substantial SEC reporting and disclosure work (Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Section 16, proxy statements).
• Experience with Securities Act matters, including IPOs, secondary offerings and shelf registrations.
• Admitted and in good standing in the state bar (or eligible for bar admission/waiver).
• Excellent drafting, research and analytical skills; strong academic credentials; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
