Join a busy commercial, IT and data-privacy practice advising on a broad mix of contracts for private- and public‑sector clients. The team handles everything from routine trading and supply agreements to strategic outsourcing, IT procurements and international commercial arrangements across sectors such as transport, retail, manufacturing, real estate and financial services.

The role involves drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (distribution, logistics, procurement, SaaS/IT, facilities and other service agreements), supporting large-scale procurements and implementation projects, and helping to develop and maintain client relationships. There are opportunities to work on both transactional matters and longer-term strategic outsourcing and IT projects.

Qualified solicitor with proven experience drafting and advising on commercial contracts, including IT and outsourcing arrangements.
