The role focuses on managing litigation matters, counseling on construction defect claims, and advising on contract and business disputes.

The successful candidate will lead teams of junior lawyers, represent clients in contested matters, and contribute to drafting and negotiating construction-related agreements. Transactional experience with contract drafting and negotiation is a plus.

Minimum ~8 years of construction litigation experience
Proven experience managing junior associates and litigation teams
