Solicitor-level role within a national Construction Professional Indemnity team, advising insurers on professional liability, policy coverage and construction disputes. The team handles a high volume of construction-related professional negligence claims involving architects, engineers, contractors and other built‑environment professionals.

The role offers responsibility for a personal caseload, management of litigated and pre-action matters, direct engagement with experts and counsel, and regular client contact. You will work as part of a UK-wide practice with collaborative support from regional offices and genuine hybrid working flexibility.

Qualified solicitor with c.6+ years' relevant PQE in construction professional indemnity / insurance work
Substantive experience of professional negligence claims in the construction sector and advising on policy coverage
Proven client-handling skills and ability to run a caseload with minimal supervision
Experience supervising junior fee‑earners and working with experts and Counsel
Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution (including mediation) and managing litigated matters
