Senior Associate, Corporate (M&A) — Melbourne

Experienced corporate lawyer sought to join a well-regarded Australian firm’s Melbourne corporate team. The role focuses on M&A and transactional work across private and public deals, providing significant exposure to deal execution, due diligence, documentation and client-facing responsibilities.

This is a hands-on role within a collaborative team where you will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex transactions, contribute to drafting and negotiation, and assist with business development and sector-focused matters.

• Admitted solicitor in Australia (or eligible for admission).
• Substantial corporate/M&A transactional experience at a national or major firm.
• Proven skill in due diligence, transaction documentation and negotiating commercial terms.
• Strong commercial judgment, client management skills and ability to work in fast-paced deal teams.
