Senior Associate, Corporate M&A — Sydney

Senior Associate sought for a market-leading Corporate M&A team in Sydney. The role offers front‑line responsibility on complex public and private M&A transactions, including schemes, takeovers and cross‑border deals, with significant client exposure and international coordination.

You will lead deal execution on substantive matters, draft and negotiate key transaction documents, manage project timelines and work closely with other practice groups and overseas offices to deliver integrated advice.

• Admission to practice in Australia, New Zealand or England and Wales.

• Demonstrated experience mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development; curious about AI and legaltech.
