The team's core strengths span mergers & acquisitions, public takeovers, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital, restructuring and corporate structuring measures, corporate governance, shareholder meetings and board advisory, strategic response and activism preparedness, equity and debt capital markets, distressed M&A, and succession planning.

Outstanding legal qualifications and very good command of English
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate are welcome
