Senior associate role in a leading international corporate team based in Riyadh, advising on complex cross-border public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings and high-value commercial arrangements. The team works closely with antitrust, finance, capital markets, litigation, tax, employment and real estate specialists to provide integrated, sector-focused advice.

The role offers exposure to high-profile regional and international transactions, structured training and a supportive team environment with mentoring responsibilities. You will lead deal workstreams, manage client relationships, draft and negotiate complex documentation, and collaborate across practice groups to deliver commercial solutions.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 7–8 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law.
Proven track record on M&A and ECM transactions, ideally in an international or top-tier firm.
Experience managing complex cross-border deals and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory skills; able to supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
Fluent English; proficiency in Arabic and familiarity with Saudi law or regional practice advantageous.
