Senior associate role in a leading international finance team based in Riyadh, focused on project finance, Islamic finance and a broad range of banking transactions across the MENA region and beyond. Work will include limited-recourse project financings, bilateral and syndicated lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, restructurings, loan transfers and related derivatives and financing products.

The team advises arrangers, lenders, borrowers, sponsors, export-credit agencies and multilateral financiers and offers structured Islamic finance solutions alongside conventional facilities. The role offers exposure to high‑value, cross‑border transactions and a structured regional training programme with opportunities to draw on global-office expertise.

Proven track record on project finance, banking and other finance transactions.
Experience working at a top-tier international law firm or equivalent international transactional practice.
Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills with a commercial approach.
Fluent English; Arabic language skills valued but not required.
Exposure to Saudi-law aspects of cross-border financings or demonstrable interest in the Middle East is advantageous.
