Senior Associate / Counsel, Real Estate — New York

Growing New York real estate team is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel with a focus on real estate finance and lender-side matters. The role involves representing lenders, drafting and negotiating loan documentation, and conducting title and survey diligence across commercial real estate transactions.

Successful candidates will independently manage transactions from initial structuring through closing and work closely with deal teams across offices. The team values strong academic credentials and clear, professional written and oral communication.

• Minimum 6 years post-qualification real estate experience (real estate finance emphasis)
• Proven experience representing lenders and drafting/negotiating loan documents
• Experience with title and survey diligence
• Ability to manage transactions independently from structuring through closing
• Excellent academic record and strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
