Senior associate role within a busy Hong Kong dispute resolution team handling complex commercial litigation, cross‑border shareholder and joint‑venture disputes, regulatory investigations and high‑value corporate matters. The role involves leading case strategy, preparing pleadings and evidence, and managing matters through litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

You will work on multi‑jurisdictional matters involving Hong Kong, Mainland China and offshore jurisdictions, liaise with cross‑border teams and external counsel, advise senior corporate stakeholders and regulators, and contribute to business development and client relationship management.

Qualified lawyer with 3+ years' post‑qualification experience in dispute resolution
Proven experience in commercial litigation, shareholder disputes and/or regulatory investigations
Track record handling multi‑jurisdictional matters, preferably with PRC‑related or offshore exposure
Strong legal drafting, advocacy and case‑management skills; commercial and strategic mindset
Client‑facing experience and ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin language ability is required
