Senior Associate, Employment - Bristol

Senior associate role within a busy Employment team based in Bristol, advising employers across financial services, healthcare and commercial sectors. The team handles both contentious and advisory work and is recognised in leading UK rankings.

The role involves a mixed caseload of tribunal and High Court litigation, non-contentious projects such as restructures and TUPE, and day-to-day employment advisory work. There is scope to supervise junior colleagues and contribute to business development, training and knowledge-sharing activities.

• Ideally 5+ years PQE in employment law
• Experience handling tribunal claims and other contentious employment litigation
• Experience advising employers in the financial services or large commercial sectors preferred
• Ability to supervise and mentor trainees/paralegals and contribute to business development and client relationship management
• Strong commercial judgement and confident written and verbal communication skills
