The role offers a varied caseload: litigation (Employment Tribunal and High Court) including complex discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract claims; non-contentious projects such as restructures (redundancy and TUPE) including cross-border elements; and ongoing advisory work. There is scope to supervise trainees/paralegals and contribute to business development and internal knowledge-sharing.

Qualified solicitor with c.5+ years' post-qualification experience in employment law
Experience of tribunal and other contentious employment matters, including discrimination and whistleblowing claims
Experience advising employer clients, ideally including financial services and multinational/commercial clients
Ability to manage a busy caseload, supervise junior staff and contribute to business development
Confident communicator, commercial thinker and effective team player
