Senior associate role within a top-ranked employment team advising UK and multinational employer clients. The team handles the full spectrum of employment work, including advisory, collective/union matters, TUPE, restructurings, employee relations, and high-value executive disputes.

The post-holder will work on a broad mix of largely non-contentious employment matters alongside some employment litigation and transactional support (employment warranties/indemnities, due diligence, M&A-related employment issues). The role offers exposure to senior-level advisory work and opportunities to lead aspects of client matters.

  • Qualified solicitor with 5–8 years' post-qualification experience in employment law
  • Strong technical knowledge of TUPE, collective/union issues, restructurings and discrimination matters
  • Experience advising employer clients on advisory and employment litigation matters; transactional employment experience (M&A, warranties/indemnities, due diligence) preferred
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Comfortable supervising junior lawyers and contributing to business development/marketing activities
