A national Employment team is recruiting experienced employment lawyers to join its UK offices. You will work with a large, multidisciplinary team on advisory, strategic projects and contentious matters for major corporate clients, including cross-border and international work.

The role involves advising on complex employment issues such as senior executive matters, executive compensation, restructurings and collective consultations, high-value tribunal and High Court litigation, and employment aspects of corporate transactions and outsourcing. You can be based in any UK office and will collaborate closely with colleagues across the network.

Minimum 2 years' PQE in commercial employment law practice
Experience advising on complex employment tribunal claims and executive-level matters (recruitment, termination, restrictive covenants, bonus disputes)
Familiarity with cross-border employment issues, collective consultation, and restructuring/redundancy work
Experience or interest in employment aspects of M&A and outsourcing; High Court litigation experience an advantage
Strong technical background, commercial awareness, excellent communication and teamwork skills
