Experienced employment lawyer opportunity to join a large, nationally recognised Employment & Reward team. You will be based in one of the UK offices (Leeds, Birmingham or Manchester) and work across the firm’s wider UK employment network on advisory, contentious and cross‑border matters.

The team advises major corporate clients on strategic employment projects, senior executive issues, restructurings and high‑value litigation, and regularly supports multi‑jurisdictional programmes such as global mobility, benefit redesign and change management. This role offers early responsibility, client contact and scope to contribute to team growth and strategic initiatives.

Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' post‑qualification employment law experience in private practice
Proven experience advising on strategic employment issues, complex tribunal claims and cross‑border matters
Experience handling restructurings/redundancies, senior executive/board‑level matters (including discrimination, whistleblowing and executive compensation)
Comfortable with high‑value litigation and High Court work (advantageous)
Commercially minded, strong academics, excellent communication and teamworking skills
